Mbi23 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

1Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use mbi23's services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years at the time of registration;
• Be resident in or located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
• Not currently on any gambling platform's self-exclusion list;
• Register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address.

Mbi23 strictly prohibits the registration or use of the platform by individuals using false information, another person's identity, or any other fraudulent means. If fraud is detected, mbi23 reserves the right to terminate the account, forfeit the balance, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

3User Account

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at mbi23 at any time. This includes accounts registered using different personal details, different devices, or different payment methods. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for:

• The confidentiality of your account password and login credentials;
• All activity that occurs within your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access due to your own negligence;
• Update your account information whenever changes occur, particularly your phone number and email address;
• Notify mbi23 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Mbi23 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account suspected of being inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. Members will be notified via their registered email before any such action is taken.

4Deposit

Mbi23 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (direct transfer)
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• FPX – Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other participating banks

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. No maximum deposit limit is set for most methods, except for limits imposed by your own e-wallet provider or bank. All deposits are credited to your mbi23 account within a few seconds to 5 minutes depending on the method used and network conditions.

Mbi23 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. If your e-wallet provider or bank charges a fee for the transaction, that fee is entirely your responsibility. mbi23 also reserves the right to decline deposits from sources that cannot be verified or are suspected of being linked to illicit activity.

5Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your mbi23 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed full identity verification (KYC);
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account held in your own name;
• The minimum withdrawal is RM50 each transaction;
• Any bonus that has not met the turnover requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fulfilled.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows, depending on your VIP level:

• Regular Member: 10 to 15 minutes
• Bronze / Silver Member: 7 to 10 minutes
• Gold Member: 5 to 7 minutes
• Platinum Member: 3 to 5 minutes
• Diamond Member: Within 3 minutes

Mbi23 does not charge processing fees for standard withdrawals. If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect information provided by the member, any recovery costs may be deducted from the account balance.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Mbi23 offers its members a wide range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, VIP upgrade bonuses, birthday bonuses, festive bonuses, and periodic special promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without first satisfying the specified wagering requirements;
• Turnaround requirements vary by bonus type – please review the specific promotion terms before accepting any bonus;
• Mbi23 reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities;
• Each type of bonus can generally only be claimed once unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotional terms;
• Mbi23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only. For all other matters, these general terms apply.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on mbi23 are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellations or amendments to bets are permitted after confirmation, except in cases of technical errors that directly affect the outcome of the bet.

For Sports Betting, the following rules apply:

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate the payout;
• Bets placed on events that are cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours will be refunded in full to your account;
• In the event a match is abandoned before completion, sport-specific and market-specific rules will apply — please refer to the Sports Rules section on the platform;
• Maximum bet limits by VIP tier: Standard Member RM2,000, Bronze RM2,000, Silver RM5,000, Gold RM20,000, Platinum RM50,000, Diamond — please consult your VIP manager.

For casino games and slots, all RNG outcomes are final and not subject to dispute. In the event of a technical error that produces an incorrect result, mbi23 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the bet amount to your account.

8Games & Fairness

Mbi23 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming experience for all members. To ensure this:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by internationally accredited bodies;
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slots game is displayed in the respective game information;
• Key game providers partnering with mbi23 include Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Playtech, and NetEnt — all licensed by recognised international regulatory bodies;
• Game audits are conducted periodically by independent third parties to ensure ongoing accuracy and fairness.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mbi23 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity for registration;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any tool that enables automated betting without human intervention;
• Exploiting any bugs, vulnerabilities, or system errors for unfair advantage — must be reported to mbi23 upon discovery;
• Colluding with other players to offset risk (coordinated betting arbitrage);
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name;
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Disrupting, threatening, or behaving offensively towards mbi23 staff or other members across any of the platform's communication channels;
• Spreading false or misleading information about mbi23 on any public platform.

10Account Termination

Mbi23 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities;
• Withdrawal requests from sources that cannot be verified;
• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe;
• The applicant has been identified as underage;
• Account inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

If your account is terminated for a legitimate reason unrelated to a breach, your real money balance (excluding any bonus funds that have not met turnover requirements) will be returned to you within 7 business days. If termination is due to a breach of terms, mbi23 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including any winnings obtained through fraudulent means.

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting the mbi23 customer support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.

11Limitation of Liability

Mbi23 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from unfavourable betting outcomes – betting involves risk and you wager at your own risk;
• Platform disruptions or unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep your login credentials confidential;
• Decisions made by third-party game providers operating within the mbi23 platform;
• Any taxes or charges that may apply to your winnings under Malaysian law – these are your personal responsibility.

12Privacy & Data Protection

Mbi23 takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data are governed by Privacy Policy of ours that form part of this agreement.

In summary, mbi23 is committed to:

• Only collect data necessary for platform operations and legal compliance;
• Protect your data with 256-bit SSL encryption and strict access controls;
• Not sell or share your data with advertisers or commercial third parties without your consent;
• Full compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA);
• Providing access to your data upon a valid written request within 30 days.

13Responsible Gaming

14Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Mbi23 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When amendments are made:

• The date of the most recent amendment will be updated at the top of this document;
• For significant amendments, notice will be sent to all active members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect;
• Continued use of the mbi23 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms;
• If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your real money balance before the amendment takes effect.

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed entirely by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties within 30 days.

If mediation fails to reach a resolution, the dispute will be referred to arbitration under the Rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) based in Kuala Lumpur. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms limits your right to file a complaint with the relevant regulatory body or authority in Malaysia.
